Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to build and scale our Product Management practice, drive AI Proof of Concepts (POCs) in collaboration with technology teams, and spearhead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for ZenseAI and AI solutions within AES. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of product leadership, AI/ML solutioning, and commercial acumen to accelerate our growth in the AI-native enterprise space.

Job Responsibility:

  • Establish and institutionalize product management frameworks, processes, and best practices across AES
  • Mentor and develop product managers and cross-functional teams to build a strong product culture
  • Define product strategy, lifecycle management, and roadmap alignment with business objectives
  • Set up governance, KPIs, and tools for measuring product success and outcomes
  • Identify high-impact business problems suitable for AI/ML solutions
  • Collaborate with technology teams to design, prototype, and validate AI-based POCs
  • Translate business requirements into technical problem statements and ensure rapid experimentation
  • Evaluate outcomes and scale successful POCs into full-fledged products or solutions
  • Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions for ZenseAI and related AI solutions
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and alliances teams to drive pipeline growth
  • Build client-facing collateral, demos, and narratives showcasing business value of AI solutions
  • Represent the AI portfolio with clients, industry events, and thought leadership

Requirements:

  • 12+ years in product management, solutioning, or technology strategy roles
  • Proven track record of building or scaling product management practices in tech or services organizations
  • Experience in AI/ML solution development, including leading POCs to deployment
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT, cloud ecosystems, and AI platforms
  • Demonstrated success in GTM strategy, sales enablement, and client engagement
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
