We are looking for an AI Ops Creative Lead to lead the intersection of creativity, AI tools, and scalable content production. This role will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of AI-driven creative workflows across image creation, enhancement, video production, and A+ content for e-commerce platforms. You will lead a team of designers, AI operators, and content specialists to deliver high-performing, conversion-driven assets at scale.
Job Responsibility:
Define and drive AI-first creative strategy for scalable e-commerce content production
Lead AI-powered image editing workflows including retouching, enhancement, and bulk processing
Oversee AI video creation for product storytelling, ads, and short-form content
Own end-to-end A+ content development for marketplaces and D2C platforms
Ensure brand consistency and quality across all AI-generated creatives
Build and manage a high-performing team of designers, AI operators, and content creators
Establish SOPs, QA processes, and scalable production workflows
Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to optimize creatives for conversion
Drive experimentation with new AI tools, prompts, and creative formats
Improve turnaround time, cost efficiency, and output quality through automation
Requirements:
5–8 years in creative leadership, preferably in retail e-commerce or digital agencies
Proven experience in A+ content creation (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
Hands-on experience with AI image and video tools
Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and storytelling
Expertise in Image interactions using tools like Photoshop, After Effects, Gemini, ChatGPT etc.
Experience with bulk creative pipelines and automation workflows
Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance and conversion
Experience managing creative and production teams
Ability to bridge creative vision with operational efficiency
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
