GuestReady is a leading short-term rental and hospitality services management company, operating in the UK, France, Portugal, Spain, and the UAE. Since our founding in 2016, we’ve aimed to revolutionise the short-term rental industry through innovative technology and a dedication to exceptional hospitality. We are looking for an AI Operations Lead to help teams work smarter through AI tools, automations, and operational workflows. This role combines hands-on building, operational problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with teams across the business to identify practical use cases, implement scalable solutions, and help embed AI into day-to-day operations. The role will partner closely with Operations, Guest Experience, Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Strategic Projects teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and maintain AI-powered automations and workflows
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and propose scalable AI solutions
  • Support teams in adopting AI tools and workflows
  • Translate business problems into practical automation opportunities
  • Improve and maintain existing integrations and operational tooling
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritise impactful initiatives
  • Monitor and improve workflow performance and adoption across teams
  • Stay up to date with AI tools, trends, and operational use cases

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in automation, operations, process optimisation, integrations, support engineering, or similar roles
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms
  • Experience with low-code/no-code automation tools such as N8N, Zapier, Airtable, or similar platforms
  • Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and basic scripting (SQL, Python, JavaScript preferred)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive adoption across teams
  • Practical and operationally minded, with a focus on building scalable solutions that teams actually use
  • Curious, self-motivated, and comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-moving environment

Nice to have

  • Experience in hospitality, SaaS, or operational businesses
  • Experience with HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, or CRM workflows
  • Previous experience building operational automations or internal tooling
  • Exposure to AI-assisted support, QA, or workflow optimisation initiatives
