Job Description:

The role involves leading engineering teams to develop AI-driven operational solutions, collaborating with global teams, and working in a SCRUM environment to design, build, test, and deploy AI solutions. The candidate will be responsible for setting the Global Production Management roadmap and overseeing SDLC operations.

Job Responsibility:

Lead engineering teams across multiple businesses within Citibank to develop AI driven operational solutions
Work in a Global team from the US, UK and India and report to the Head of AI Operations at Citibank
Design and lead the build of AI solutions in a SCRUM environment with Monthly and Release On-Demand deployments
Set strategy for the Global Production Management roadmap
Be a critical engineering leader facing off against UK and India run-time engineers, along with creating architectural designs with the US team
Work with SCRUM teams to design, build, test, and deploy SPRINT deliverables on a monthly basis
Utilize Release On-Demand for small items.

Requirements:

Proven track record of successful AI-driven automation projects within complex operational workflows (e.g., manufacturing, production support, supply chain, or IT operations)
Strong experience in generative AI, machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP), with expertise in applying these technologies to real-world production problems
Experience in advanced analytics including experimental design and predictive modelling
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior executives to drive AI adoption and transformation
Expertise in AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, etc.
Strong analytical skills, strong problem-solving skills and ability to logically break down tasks into smaller manageable parts
Solid understanding of systems and application design
Systematic problem-solving approach
Strong communication skills and sense of ownership and drive
Adaptable and can work with large complex and multi team owned services
Exposure to public cloud platforms such as AWS, Google cloud, APIs and Micro Services.
