The engineering team is transitioning from traditional development practices to agentic AI-driven workflows, where AI-assisted design, multi-agent orchestration, and rapid iteration are core capabilities. The goal is to accelerate feature delivery, improve code quality, and build scalable healthcare systems using AI-augmented engineering from day one.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain backend systems using AI-augmented workflows
  • Leverage Claude Code in design, implementation, refactoring, and testing
  • Participate in multi-agent orchestration using Claude Agent Teams
  • Architect scalable backend services and API integrations
  • Review and critically validate AI-generated code for quality and maintainability
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Contribute to best practices for agentic development
  • Ensure secure, compliant, and high-performance software delivery

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Proven hands-on daily usage of Claude Code beyond basic autocomplete
  • Experience with or readiness to work with Claude Agent Teams
  • Strong software architecture and system design fundamentals
  • Experience designing or contributing to AI-native or agentic development workflows
  • Strong API design and integration experience
  • Ability to decompose complex problems and structure AI-augmented solutions
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving engineering environments
