• Demo to deal close — translate platform capabilities into clear value for prospects
• run tailored demos.
• Migration & launch — lead new customers from signature to live operations.
• Strategic account management — drive adoption, surface upsell, prepare renewals.
• AI-agent operations — build, prompt, and supervise the agents that make our customers' experience of Wunder feel frictionless.

• Recent graduate with up to 3 years of professional experience (internships count). Strong academic record.
• Genuinely entrepreneurial — you've built, run, sold, or led something where no one told you how.
• Early adopter of AI in the strict sense: Claude/ChatGPT as daily co-worker, experiments with agents, opinions about prompts.
• Total self-starter. Excellent English. German is a strong plus. Hamburg-based or willing to relocate.

• Compensation — €70,000–90,000 OTE depending on experience.
• Tools — unrestricted access to frontier models, agent frameworks, and any tool that gives you leverage.
• Coaching — direct mentorship from our CEO, Head of Customer Success, and an external AI strategist.
