Ai/Ml & Python Engineer

• Contribute to task estimation, planning, and execution using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Sprints), ensuring timely delivery of AI/ML solutions
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and data pipelines for real-world applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define problem statements, and recommend AI-driven solutions
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to improve performance and accuracy
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient Python code following best practices and coding standards
• Develop and maintain APIs or microservices to integrate ML models into production systems
• Create and maintain documentation for models, workflows, and systems for future reference
• Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance by following secure coding and ML best practices
• Use tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar for tracking tasks, sprint planning, and collaboration

• 2–4 years of experience in Python development and Machine Learning
• Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Experience in building and deploying ML models in production environments
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Flask/Django/FastAPI frameworks
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data handling
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools like Jira, Confluence
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
