Job Responsibility:

  • Design and implement ML models: supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, and reinforcement learning
  • Build GenAI solutions using RAG, Vector Databases, LangChain, Hugging Face, and Agentic AI frameworks
  • Leverage frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn for model development
  • Apply advanced NLP techniques: text classification, RNNs, CNNs, and Transformer-based models (e.g., BERT)
  • Deliver robust end-to-end solutions: data preprocessing, feature engineering, model deployment, and monitoring
  • Lead and mentor data scientists and ML engineers
  • Set technical direction aligned with business strategy
  • Promote knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to embed AI/ML into business products and processes
  • Offer strategic insights to stakeholders at all levels
  • Communicate complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in AI/ML/Generative AI
  • 12+ years of total work experience, with proven project and team leadership
  • Expertise in GenAI technologies: RAG, Vector DBs, LangChain, Hugging Face, and Agentic AI
  • Proficiency in core ML techniques and NLP with Transformer-based architectures
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python and AWS services
