Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI/ML Developer to join our Research and Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms. The AI/ML Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, enhance existing solutions, and contribute to the advancement of our organization's AI capabilities.

Job Responsibility:

Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to address business challenges.
Preprocess and clean large datasets for training machine learning models.
Train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models using various frameworks.
Integrate machine learning models into production systems and applications.
Contribute to the research and development of innovative AI/ML solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and domain experts.
Document code, algorithms, and methodologies to ensure clarity and maintainability.
Create comprehensive documentation of algorithms, models, and methodologies.

Requirements:

B.Tech/B.E/ MCA.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning.
Strong programming skills, preferably in Python, and experience with popular AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Knowledge and experience with Software Version Control systems: GIT, SVN etc.

Nice to have:

Tensorflow.
Hands-On with Service / Incident Management tools: JIRA.
