We are looking for an AI Marketing Specialist to join a CPA firm on a Long-term Contract basis. This position will help shape market demand for AI-related services by creating and delivering campaigns that build a strong pipeline and strengthen industry visibility. The role works closely with marketing leaders, subject matter experts, and sales partners to turn complex service offerings into clear, compelling business messaging.
Job Responsibility:
Design and launch integrated demand generation initiatives across digital channels, email programs, webinars, and paid promotions to increase marketing leads and pipeline growth
Translate AI service capabilities into audience-focused messaging and value narratives by partnering with internal experts and marketing stakeholders
Develop and coordinate industry-relevant content such as case studies, insight pieces, videos, infographics, and social media assets that support campaign goals
Lead the planning and execution of webinars and events, including promotion strategy, attendee engagement, and delivery coordination with internal teams
Collaborate with sales, inbound marketing, and brand or creative partners to keep campaigns aligned, timely, and consistent with organizational standards
Monitor campaign results across channels, analyze engagement and conversion data, and recommend adjustments to improve performance
Manage several marketing initiatives at once using project management tools, maintaining clear schedules, responsibilities, and follow-up actions
Support follow-up planning with sales stakeholders to strengthen lead progression and improve conversion outcomes
Requirements:
3–5 years of B2B marketing experience with a track record of contributing to demand generation results
experience in service-based industries is preferred
Strong foundation in audience segmentation, campaign development, messaging strategy, and multi-channel marketing execution
Ability to simplify technical or AI-related concepts into business-oriented positioning that resonates with target industries
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders while managing shifting priorities with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and subject matter experts
Proficiency with marketing technology platforms and analytics tools
experience with project management systems such as Workfront is a plus
Familiarity with industry-focused marketing for sectors such as manufacturing, service-based industries, nonprofit, real estate, or private equity is advantageous
Experience with digital marketing tools and channels, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, AdWords, and email campaign execution
Nice to have:
Experience with project management systems such as Workfront is a plus
Familiarity with industry-focused marketing for sectors such as manufacturing, service-based industries, nonprofit, real estate, or private equity is advantageous
