As the AI Manager of Growth & Acquisition, you will be responsible for driving the next wave of AI-powered marketing efficiency and scale. Sitting within the Growth Marketing team, this role focuses on front-end growth levers—content, targeting, and audiences—while partnering across Paid, SEO, and Lifecycle functions to deploy high-impact AI capabilities. The ideal candidate blends technical AI/ML fluency with strong growth marketing instincts, able to rapidly test, deploy, and scale acquisition plays that directly improve pipeline efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

  • AI Personalization Engines – Build and optimize AI-driven personalization across website experiences, ad targeting, and email journeys to improve conversion
  • Generative AI for Creative Scale – Deploy AI tools for high-volume, high-quality content production (ads, landing pages, SEO content) that accelerate campaign velocity
  • Predictive Audience Modeling – Run machine learning models to identify high-intent segments, create lookalike audiences, and drive precision in paid channels
  • AI Market Research & Intelligence – Leverage AI to synthesize competitive intelligence, identify whitespace, and guide smarter targeting strategies
  • Cross-Functional Experimentation – Partner with Paid Media, SEO, and Lifecycle Marketing teams to design and scale AI-driven acquisition experiments

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in growth marketing, digital acquisition, or marketing analytics, with hands-on experience in AI/ML applications
  • Proven ability to use AI platforms (e.g., Jasper, SurferSEO, Clay, Demandbase, or equivalent) for campaign execution and audience modeling
  • Experience with paid media optimization, SEO/SEM, and digital testing frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with predictive modeling, experimentation, and performance reporting
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in test-and-learn environments, bias toward speed and execution
