Job Responsibility

  • Work with a high performing team of engineers focused on the design and development of full stack Machine Learning and Generative AI applications
  • Drive the end to end delivery of AI powered workflows that modernize and optimize core business processes across the organization
  • Partner directly with senior leadership on project planning, prioritization, and roadmap execution

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing or supervising a software engineering team
  • Strong Python development background with production grade application delivery
  • Hands on experience building or deploying ML or GenAI systems
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured technical solutions
  • Comfortable owning project planning, prioritization, and stakeholder communication

Nice to have

  • Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
  • Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, or equivalent)
  • Background in process automation or enterprise workflow modernization
  • Exposure to vector databases, RAG architectures, or fine tuning pipelines
  • Experience working in highly structured or regulated environments where precision and documentation standards are elevated
