Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on AI Lead Engineer to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI solutions while driving adoption across the company. You will work at the intersection of advanced AI technology and business needs, ensuring that complex AI concepts are translated into real-world value.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Develop NLP pipelines, including transformers, embeddings, classification, summarization, and QA systems
  • Build and optimize generative AI solutions with prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and fine-tuning
  • Ensure robust MLOps practices for deployment, monitoring, and evaluation of production AI models
  • Collaborate with engineering, research, and product teams to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions
  • Translate complex AI concepts into clear business applications and value stories
  • Promote AI adoption through demos, documentation, and training across teams
  • Stay up to date with the latest AI trends, tools, and models to influence the internal roadmap

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development and deployment
  • Strong expertise with LLMs and NLP (transformers, embeddings, tokenization, classification, NER, QA, summarization)
  • Experience with generative AI, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • MLOps experience for production-scale AI/NLP workflows
  • Proven ability to make AI concepts accessible and drive business adoption
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or related fields (PhD highly valued)
