Developer Bazaar Technologies is a fast-growing IT services and product development company that builds powerful digital solutions across Web, Mobile, and AI platforms for global clients. We’re expanding into AI-driven personalization and health-tech solutions, where user data is analyzed and fine-tuned to generate meaningful, customized insights. We’re looking for a passionate AI Intern / Junior AI Developer who loves working with data, experimenting with models, and learning how to build intelligent systems that make real-world impact.

Job Responsibility:

  • Data Preparation & Processing: Clean, preprocess, and structure user/health data for model training
  • Handle datasets using Python, Pandas, and NumPy
  • Ensure data integrity and security in all operations
  • Model Experimentation & Fine-Tuning: Work with pre-trained models from Hugging Face, OpenAI, or TensorFlow
  • Assist in model fine-tuning for personalized predictions and insights
  • Test model outputs and analyze accuracy or relevance
  • AI Integration & API Support: Help integrate AI models with company systems using FastAPI / Flask
  • Support backend developers in connecting models to user-facing products
  • Research & Documentation: Explore new techniques in fine-tuning, embeddings, or personalization
  • Maintain proper documentation, model logs, and experiment reports
  • Stay updated with trends in Generative AI and Health Data AI

Requirements:

  • 6 months – 1 year of experience (internships, projects)
  • Strong knowledge of Python and basic Machine Learning concepts
  • Familiar with Hugging Face, OpenAI API, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
  • Understanding of data handling using Pandas / NumPy
  • Eager to learn fine-tuning, embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS)
  • Curious, disciplined, and able to work independently on assigned tasks

Nice to have:

  • Experience using LangChain / LlamaIndex for RAG pipelines
  • Knowledge of FastAPI / Flask for API deployment
  • Understanding of basic data security / health data privacy concepts
  • Interest in health-tech or personalization systems
