GTM Execution & Commercial Support: Support on Strategic Deals, Drive Revenue Opportunities, Deal Support
Product Strategy & Roadmap Influence: Voice of the Customer, Market Intelligence, Investment Areas
Ecosystem, Brand & Content: External Presence, Support Content and Events, Sales Enablement
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in GTM (AE, AM, Partnerships), Strategy, Product Marketing, Sales Engineering, preferably within B2B
Solid understanding of the current AI landscape (LLMs, Agents, MCPs, etc) and can articulate how these technologies impact our customers and partners
Exceptional Communication Skills and Customer Orientation
Strong communicator in external and internal meetings and can translate complex concepts into clear business value for customers
Strong writer and presenter and can author high-quality content (playbooks, product memos) with little oversight
Can develop and communicate a strong POV informed by customer insights, AI Market themes, and experiences
Cross-Functional Agility: Proven ability to work across various Plaid teams — collaborating effectively with Engineering and Product teams on technical roadmaps while simultaneously driving commercial outcomes with Sales, Account Managers, Partnerships, Commercial, and Legal
High Agency & Ambiguity Tolerance: Thrive in fast-paced environments where the playbook is still being written
Comfortable scoping own projects and executing with minimal hand-holding
