Job Description

We're looking for an AI Growth Associate to join us on a 3-month contract with a clear path to full-time conversion. We need someone who lives inside AI tools, ships things, and treats growth as a systems problem, not a task list. You'll work directly with our GTM and Product leaders, touching every loop that matters: how customers find us, how they onboard, what they tell us, and what we build next.

Job Responsibility

  • Build the AI-powered growth engine — content, website experiments, outbound sequences, and the agents that run them
  • Build the product-led growth loop: instrument usage, surface signals, and trigger AI-driven outreach against them
  • Run demand gen experiments with a target — document what worked, kill what didn't, and write up what you learned
  • Plan and execute in-person and virtual events
  • Be in the room on sales and onboarding calls — learn the customer, shape the message
  • Support the customer voice loop through feedback calls, themed digests, and roadmap input the product team can actually act on.

Requirements

  • A real AI portfolio — not a resume bullet, a link. Agents, automations, AI-coded prototypes, AI-driven content experiments. Anything you've actually built and shipped
  • Growth instincts — you've run an experiment, grown an audience, or moved a number, even on a side project or campus org. You think in funnels and feedback loops
  • Strong data mindset with the ability to measure, interpret, and act on signals
  • Comfortable working autonomously and always looking to experiment
  • High ownership energy and a genuine desire to learn the commerce and AI space deeply
  • Recent graduate (any discipline — what matters is what you've built, not your GPA)
  • A demonstrable AI portfolio or project work is required to be considered
  • Must be based in or able to work from San Diego.

Nice to have

  • Experience in e-commerce or ad-tech
  • Public speaking, podcasting, or content and community building experience.

What we offer

  • Real ownership from day one — you'll ship things customers and prospects actually see
  • A front-row seat to an AI-first rebuild of a real commercial product
  • The opportunity to work with cutting-edge commerce data, analytics, and AI technologies.
  • Exposure to leading brands, agencies, and retail media programs.
  • A collaborative, innovative, and learning-focused culture.
  • Competitive compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities.
