As an AI Solution Architect at NTT Data, you will play a critical role in driving AI‑led growth and transformation across a designated mega account or regional portfolio within the Financial Services and Retail sectors. You will work closely with Client Partners, Sales, Industry Leaders, and senior stakeholders to shape, position, and scale next‑generation AI solutions aligned to enterprise AI strategy. Acting as a trusted advisor to executive clients, you will translate complex business challenges into impactful AI‑enabled outcomes, while serving as a visible voice on AI innovation and responsible AI adoption for both clients and internal teams.
Job Responsibility
Define, own, and execute the AI go‑to‑market strategy for assigned mega accounts or regional portfolios within Financial Services and Retail
Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑suite and senior executive stakeholders
Identify, qualify, and shape AI transformation opportunities aligned to client priorities and industry trends
Develop compelling AI value propositions, business cases, and solution narratives that address industry‑specific challenges
Partner with Client Partners, Sales teams, and Industry Leaders to originate, position, and close AI‑driven engagements
Lead and coordinate RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses for AI opportunities, including solution strategy, win themes, proposal development, executive presentations, and stakeholder alignment to maximize deal success
Lead executive‑level presales activities including opportunity shaping, solution design, and proposal positioning
Drive AI pipeline growth, revenue performance, and commercial success across assigned accounts
Contribute to account growth planning and AI sales strategy by identifying new market opportunities, developing pursuit strategies, and positioning differentiated AI solutions that align to client business objectives
Ensure responsible AI principles — including security, governance, transparency, and human oversight — are embedded into opportunity framing and solution design
Operate effectively within a matrixed organization, collaborating across business, delivery, and leadership teams
Requirements
Strong experience developing and executing go‑to‑market strategies for advanced technology or AI‑led solutions
Deep understanding of Generative AI, machine learning, and natural language processing concepts and real‑world use cases
Proven ability to influence senior executives and communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business‑focused manner
A strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of identifying, shaping, positioning, and closing high-value AI or technology engagements, including executive-level opportunity pursuits and proposal leadership
Experience leading complex RFP, RFI, and proposal responses, coordinating cross-functional teams, and developing compelling solution narratives and win strategies
Familiarity with leading cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP
The ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, matrixed, and growth‑oriented environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field
8–12 years of professional experience in consulting, professional services, or industry roles, including significant client‑facing responsibility and progressive leadership exposure (e.g., people, program, or account leadership)
Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading or co‑leading AI, data, advanced analytics, or digital transformation initiatives
At least 2 years of hands‑on experience working with Generative AI solutions such as large language models, AI agents, or GenAI‑enabled applications
Minimum of 5 years’ experience within one or more industry verticals such as Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing & Commercial, Automotive, Healthcare & Life Sciences, or Public Sector, demonstrated through delivery, account ownership, or solution leadership
At least 2 years of experience supporting or leading presales activities including opportunity identification, solution shaping, proposal development, and executive‑level deal reviews
Demonstrated experience leading or significantly contributing to complex RFP, RFI, and proposal responses, including solution architecture, executive presentations, commercial positioning, and stakeholder management
