Job Description

AI is changing how products can be launched, explained, and sold. New AI platforms are evolving at high speed, creating opportunities for teams that know how to turn AI into real go-to-market leverage. We are hiring an AI Go-To-Market Associate to help build and scale how our products show up in the world, through product videos and demos, social content, pitch decks, sales enablement, creator programs, and thought leadership. This role exists because we believe go-to-market can no longer rely on manual, one-off production. Instead, it requires AI-powered systems that produce high-quality output consistently and at speed. In this role, you will design, build, and operate AI-powered workflows, agents, and toolchains that turn product context into clear, compelling go-to-market outputs. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Comms, Product Marketing, and Brand teams to ensure these systems reflect real product value, not surface-level messaging. The work is not about producing content one by one. It is about owning and continuously improving the systems that generate go-to-market output at scale, guided by strong judgment and taste.

Job Responsibility

  • Build AI-native go-to-market systems that generate product narratives, messaging, visuals, and sales assets on demand
  • Design and deploy AI agents and workflows using tools such as Claude Code, Lovable, Freepik, Figma, and emerging platforms
  • Encode taste and judgment into prompts, frameworks, and agent logic to ensure clarity, coherence, and strong brand expression
  • Act as the final quality bar, knowing what is ready to ship and what needs refinement
  • Enable Sales, Product, Comms, and Brand teams with AI-powered tools for high-quality, self-serve GTM outputs
  • Reduce manual asset production while increasing speed, consistency, and leverage across teams
  • Partner closely with Product to ensure GTM systems reflect real product value, not surface-level messaging
  • Experiment rapidly with formats and narratives, ship and measure results, and codify what works into durable systems

Requirements

  • You are early in your career (0–2 years post-university) and have completed a university degree or built equivalent experience through work, projects, or ventures
  • You take strong ownership of your work
  • You are AI-native by practice, not by interest alone
  • You have strong judgment and taste, particularly when it comes to language, design, and aesthetics
  • You think in systems and patterns
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and pace

What we offer

  • competitive pay
  • meaningful benefits
  • the opportunity to shape what work looks like for millions around the globe
