Job Description:

At cozycozy, we’re building the world’s best accommodation metasearch platform making travel simple, transparent, and inspiring. We already process millions of searches, and we’re growing fast. This is the opportunity to push AI forward in a team that tries to solve one of the biggest problems in travel: planning your holiday travel. We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated AI Engineer ready to fully engage in supporting our rapid growth. You will be a key pillar of our innovation strategy, helping us ship future-proof products in the age of AI.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the end-to-end AI lifecycle
Build and deploy advanced AI models
Engineer for performance
Collaborate for user impact

Drive innovation and quality

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as an AI/Machine learning engineer
At least 1 year of hands-on work with LLMs or Generative AI
M.S. or Ph.D. in a STEM field from a top university or “Grande École”
Fluency in Python and a strong command of its core machine learning and deep learning libraries
Strong foundation in core machine learning, including experience with deep learning models (CNNs, RNNs) and classical algorithms (e.g., Linear/Logistic regression, Random Forests, Gradient Boosting, etc.)
Deep understanding of modern AI architectures like transformers, tokens, attention, and embeddings
Practical experience fine-tuning, deploying, and optimizing large-scale models for latency and cost
Experience working with a variety of data stores, including relational, NoSQL, and vector databases
A product mindset focused on the user experience
Motivation to work in an international, English-speaking environment

Nice to have:

Have worked in bare-metal or hybrid cloud environments
Bring experience from the travel tech industry or other large-scale search platforms
