Hands-on experience building LLM-powered features in production, with a clear understanding of the trade-offs (quality, cost, latency, safety) and how they connect to product and business needs
Know how to systematically improve LLM systems: versioned prompts, offline/online evaluations, data analysis, and iteration based on real-world signals
Can industrialize LLM systems at scale (caching, batching, model routing, observability, rate limiting, ML CI/CD pipelines)
Strong in Python and comfortable working with REST APIs and making pragmatic architectural decisions
Operate as a senior engineer: debugging complex systems, refactoring with intent, reviewing code thoughtfully, and thinking ahead about scalability

Job Responsibility

Build and iterate on LLM features, including agentic workflows, using LangGraph and LangSmith

Partner closely with the team's ML Engineer on design, evaluation, and productionization of AI systems

Develop MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and tools that expose internal systems, datasets, and actions to LLM-powered applications in a safe, governed, and reusable way
Implement retrieval systems (RAG, hybrid search, graph-based retrieval) including chunking, embedding, re-ranking, and context-assembly strategies
Build and maintain MLOps automation: CI/CD for models and agents, environment management, artifact handling, and versioning of prompts, models, data, and code
Implement observability for AI systems: tracing, token/latency/cost metrics, quality and drift monitoring, alerting, and incident response
Build and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and export across multiple sources and destinations
Expose well-modelled, governed datasets and APIs that agents, tools, and downstream consumers can rely on
