Job Responsibility:
Design, develop, and deploy AI Agents to streamline recruiter workflows, from sourcing qualified candidates through evaluation
Build and fine-tune machine learning and LLM-based models for reasoning, classification, prediction, and task execution
Integrate AI Agents with other business systems and enterprise customer data
Help to define data collection and modeling frameworks
Implement agent orchestration, memory, tool-use, and feedback loops to ensure reliability and scalability
Evaluate model performance using quantitative metrics and business KPIs
Coordinating and working closely with engineering to put models and algorithms into production
Working collaboratively with other Data Science teams in cross product efforts
Requirements:
2+ years as an AI Engineer or equivalent experience
Experience building backend services in a strongly typed language (Rust, Scala, Go, or similar)
Knowledge of AI / ML fundamentals and model optimization techniques
Understanding of NLP, LLMs, prompt engineering, agent reasoning patterns, RAG, and embedding models
Experience deploying AI Agents in enterprise environments including speed optimization
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and CI/CD pipelines for deploying and maintaining backend services
Experience working on highly concurrent backend systems with durable state and fault tolerance
Knowledge of MLOps, LLM evaluation, and model lifecycle management
Understanding of responsible AI, security, and compliance in production systems including aws guardrails and response style tuning
