The AI Developer is responsible for delivering AI-powered capabilities across the customer lifecycle. In this role, you will work at the intersection of customer platforms, data, and modern AI technologies, enabling smarter, more automated processes across Sales, Service, and Aftersales. You will play a key role in transforming how business teams use CRM systems — evolving them from systems of record into intelligent, action-oriented platforms. You will ensure that AI solutions are embedded directly into business processes, scalable across systems, and aligned with business workflows and data strategy, while integrating seamlessly with CRM, Web, ERP, and integration platforms. This role is hands-on and delivery focused. You will not only develop AI capabilities but also ensure that they are adopted, scalable, and deliver tangible business value. You will work closely with Product Owners, architects, and engineering teams to cases bring high-impact use cases to life, combining AI technologies with enterprise systems to solve real business challenges. The position requires balancing innovation and experimentation with robust, production-ready delivery in a complex enterprise environment.
Job Responsibility
Implement AI-driven use cases across processes (Sales, Service, Aftersales)
Translate technical requirements into practical AI solution artifacts embedded in workflows
Ensure solutions move from prototype → production-ready capabilities
Integrate AI capabilities with CRM platforms (e.g. Dynamics)
Integrate AI capabilities with Enterprise APIs and integration layers
Integrate AI capabilities with Customer data platforms and external data sources
Implement data flows and pipelines for AI use cases (ingestion, enrichment, retrieval)
Ensure alignment with data governance and architecture standards
Embed AI into existing business processes: Automation of workflows and decision-making
Embed AI into existing business processes: Enhancement of user experience and productivity
Work with product owners to ensure AI solutions are implementable and scalable
Balance speed of experimentation vs. production stability
Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise standards, security, and compliance requirements
Monitor performance, cost, and quality of AI outputs
Promote reusability and standardization of AI components
Requirements
Proven experience delivering AI/GenAI solutions in production environments
Strong backend development skills (Python, Node.js, or C#)
Experience building AI copilots or automations (e.g. for sales/service processes
Exposure to customer data platforms (CDPs)
Experience working with large-scale enterprise integrations
Hands-on experience with: DPA and other automation technologies
Agentic AI, including orchestration
Ability to translate technical requirements into working AI solutions
Experience with CRM platforms
Strong experience in enterprise application / workflow automation
Nice to have

Exposure to customer data platforms (CDPs)
