AI Engineer - Job Description

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning/AI models to solve real-world problems
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to turn prototypes into scalable AI services
  • Evaluate and select appropriate algorithms and model architectures (classification, regression, clustering, recommendation, etc. or suitable chatbot models)
  • Fine-tune and optimize models for accuracy, latency, and cost
  • Stay up to date with the latest research and trends in AI/ML and integrate them when relevant
  • Work with LLMs (GPT, etc.) & Agent framework
  • Using LLMorchestration framework like Langchain and Langgraph
  • Using LLM monitoring tool LangSmith
  • Collaborate with product, backend, and infrastructure teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions
  • Take ownership of assigned modules or projects and deliver results independently

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field (equivalent experience accepted)
  • 2+ years of experience working AI Engineer
  • Proficient in Python and familiar with ML/AI frameworks and models
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying ML/AI models in production
  • Strong ability to work independently: from research and prototyping to implementation and testing
  • Solid problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience working with Cloud services
  • And be strong and has experience in one of the two areas: Design, build and optimize virtual assistants using LLM models from OpenAI or other providers. Can use LLM orchestration frameworks and LLM monitoring tool LangSmith. And also built and optimize LLM for RAG with high accuracy
  • Experience using ML/AI models to do tasks like PdM, prediction, classification, …
  • Good communication skill in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken)
  • Self-driven and proactive
