Job Description

At Stratsys, we offer a SaaS platform that helps organizations bring structure and clarity to business-critical areas such as GRC, ESG and Quality Business Management. Our solutions are used by both private and public organizations to manage regulatory requirements, streamline processes, and turn strategies and policies into everyday work. We are now looking for an AI Engineer to join our team in Gothenburg. In this role, you will help strengthen and scale our AI initiatives by building AI-driven services and supporting teams across the organization in developing AI-powered features and solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Developing and maintaining AI-driven services and solutions, primarily in Python
  • Building systems and functionality around AI models
  • Collaborating closely with other development teams around AI-related initiatives and features
  • Acting as a technical advisor and sounding board around AI solutions and implementations
  • Exploring and evaluating new technologies, methods, use cases and contributing to scaling Stratsys AI initiatives
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities where AI can create value

Requirements

  • Experience with Python development
  • Practical experience working with AI-related solutions or AI-driven development
  • Experience within software or system development
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree within computer science, engineering, systems science, or a related technical field
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken

Nice to have

  • Experience with LangChain or similar AI frameworks
  • Experience with AI assistants, agent-based systems, or AI integrations
  • Experience with architecture and system design
