AI Engineer

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and intelligent systems for diverse business use cases
• Operationalize models at scale using cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Leverage advanced AI tools, including GPT, LangChain, Hugging Face, and MLOps frameworks
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to integrate AI into core business processes
• Ensure high standards of model performance, scalability, fairness, and ethical AI practices
• Monitor and maintain deployed models, ensuring reliability and continuous improvement
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in AI and machine learning
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practice development within the team

• Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Proven experience in designing and deploying end-to-end AI/data solutions
• Fluency in English, French, and Dutch is required
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments: Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD, and model monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
• Experience with LLMs, NLP, Generative AI, and Vector Databases
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Proactive mindset, ability to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with the latest AI technologies

Experience with LangChain, transformers, Kubernetes, or serverless architectures is a plus
