Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and deploy AI applications, such as conversational search tools, multimodal agents, or classification systems
  • Build data and language processing pipelines using Langchain and cloud-native services
  • Implement knowledge-retrieval systems, leveraging Qdrant, Elasticsearch, or MS AI Search
  • Optimize AI/ML models, including fine-tuning LLMs and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions
  • Monitor and evaluate model performance, ensuring solutions meet business objectives

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development, including hands-on experience with LLMs and NLP solutions
  • Advanced knowledge of Python and libraries like Langchain, Streamlit, and ML frameworks
  • Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle, efficiency metrics, and deployment practices
  • Experience with RAG and fine-tuning large language models
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English and Polish
