Job Description:

As an AI Engineer, you will take ownership of end-to-end AI development — from idea to deployment. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring intelligence into real-world applications, with a strong focus on initiative, impact, and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead AI Projects: Drive research, development, and deployment of AI models (ML/DL/NLP/LLM), ensuring production-readiness
  • Own Your Work: From requirement clarification to final deployment — you are expected to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Stay Ahead: Explore new architectures, tools, and techniques to bring cutting-edge solutions to the team
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with product managers, software engineers, and business stakeholders to align AI work with real-world needs
  • Contribute to AI Strategy: Help shape the company’s AI roadmap with your technical insights and experience
  • Mentor Juniors: Support the growth of less-experienced teammates through guidance and code reviews

Requirements:

  • From 2 – 4 years of experience as an AI Developer
  • Proficient in Python and common AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face, etc.)
  • Experience in building and training models for user profile classification for smart conversion (visitors to users), smart promotion campaigns, and churn analysis is a strong plus
  • Solid understanding of LLM applications, NLP pipelines, or deep learning
  • Experience building and deploying production-grade AI systems (APIs, CI/CD, Docker, Cloud, etc.)
  • Comfortable with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset — you actively seek feedback, learn, and improve
  • Excellent communication skills
  • able to discuss technical concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • English (Good)
