Job Description

On behalf of our client - leading jewelery company - we are looking for an AI Engineer to join our growing AI & Innovation team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building and deploying AI-powered solutions, with a focus on conversational AI Agents in Agent force. You will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to support the design, testing, and optimization of AI systems that enhance business operations. You will play a vital role in bringing AI capabilities to life—not just by learning and coding, but by collaborating, problem-solving, and contributing to innovative AI workflows across the organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce AI Agents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and contribute to Agentic AI solutions
  • Participate in testing, debugging, and optimizing AI pipelines for performance and scalability
  • Assist in maintaining documentation for system design, workflows, and system configurations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI principles
  • Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and LLM-based systems
  • Experience with at least one programming language (e.g. Java, C#, or JavaScript)
  • Understanding of basic software engineering principles and version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

  • Experience or coursework related to Salesforce or Agentforce
  • Exposure to DevOps practices
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies through coursework or internships
