Job Description

We are building a next-generation AI-powered software testing platform and are looking for an AI Engineer to help develop intelligent multi-agent systems capable of autonomously planning, reasoning, and executing testing workflows. Working in a team of AI Engineers, you will design and build Agentic AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), enabling AI agents to collaborate and solve complex testing challenges with minimal human intervention. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge Generative AI technologies and contribute directly to the evolution of autonomous software testing.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and develop Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems for software testing automation
  • Build and integrate LLM-powered workflows using modern AI frameworks and APIs
  • Develop backend services and APIs to support agent interactions and orchestration
  • Conduct experiments and evaluate AI model performance, accuracy, and reliability
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to define and implement AI-driven solutions
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI services in development and testing environments
  • Research emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements to existing solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or related disciplines
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying Generative AI or LLM-powered applications
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience building APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks
  • Hands-on experience developing Generative AI or LLM-powered applications using platforms such as OpenAI, Vertex AI, or open-source models
  • Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex
  • Understanding of Prompt Engineering, RAG, Tool Calling, and AI workflow orchestration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good English communication abilities

Nice to have

  • Experience designing Multi-Agent Systems or Agentic AI solutions
  • Knowledge of Docker, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and deployment practices
  • Experience in software testing, QA automation, or testing tools
  • Familiarity with MLOps or LLMOps practices
