Powerdot is building the structure that turns an AI vision into daily reality across the organisation. We have aligned on the destination: every person using AI in their daily work, all purely executional work automated, operations built with AI integrated. What we need now is the person who enables people, team by team, week by week. The AI Enablement Manager is the operational owner of AI adoption at Powerdot. You will run the enablement programme, build and manage the AI Champions network across departments, and ensure every team reaches the point where they can build, own, and maintain their own AI workflows independently.
Job Responsibility:
Design and run role-specific enablement sessions for each department
Manage the rollout sequencing across teams in coordination with the AI Strategy leads
Track team maturity from v0 (hands-on guided) to v1 (self-sufficient) to v2 (championled)
Train and develop AI Champions per department
Build Champions into the internal experts their teams rely on
Run regular Champions cadence: shared learning, new use cases, tooling updates
Triage every AI request from across the organisation: workflow automation, knowledge and assistant use cases, scripting, or escalation to Engineering or the Data platform
Track and report adoption metrics: weekly active usage, time saved per team, self-sufficiency ratio (team-built vs. centrally built use cases)
Own the monthly impact report accessible to the entire company
Work with the AI engineering team to unblock obstacles and build new tooling for internal and external tools integration
Ensure what Engineering builds gets properly documented, trained on, and handed over to teams
Requirements:
Previous experience in training, programme management, or internal consulting in a tech-forward environment
Demonstrable ability to run structured workshops and facilitate adoption of new tools or processes across diverse teams
Technical literacy sufficient to understand how AI assistants, workflow automation, and MCP integrations work. You do not need to build them, but you need to speak credibly to engineers and to Operations managers in the same week
Strong written and verbal communication in English and Portuguese
confidence in front of a room
Structured thinker: able to assess a messy request, identify the right tool or escalation path, and explain that decision clearly
Self-directed: you will define the week's priorities, not wait for them
Hands-on experience with OpenWebUI, n8n, or MCP integrations
knowing how to build and distribute skills and tools for AI assistants tailored to specific use cases
or familiarity with concepts like model memory and observability (e.g. Langfuse) will give you a significant head start.
