Job Description

We are seeking an AI-Enabled Salesforce Project Manager to lead the design and planning of a custom AI initiative built on top of a Salesforce-based legal CRM platform. This role sits at the intersection of Salesforce development expertise, AI project delivery, and technical project management. This is not a pure developer role and not a traditional Salesforce Administrator position. The ideal candidate is a multidisciplinary professional who can deeply understand an existing Salesforce application, gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders, and drive a structured AI implementation roadmap from concept through deployment. The primary objective of this role is to help reduce administrative burden on legal professionals by enabling AI-driven automation and decision support within existing case-management workflows.

Job Responsibility

  • Gain deep end-to-end understanding of a Salesforce-based case management platform including workflows from case intake through resolution
  • Conduct structured requirements-gathering sessions with attorneys paralegals executive leadership and board-level stakeholders
  • Translate business and operational needs into a clear actionable AI implementation roadmap on the Salesforce platform
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the backend development team
  • Evaluate options for building custom AI capabilities within Salesforce and guide internal development efforts
  • Lead the project lifecycle from discovery and planning through implementation and deployment
  • Ensure alignment between business goals technical feasibility and long-term platform sustainability

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive initiatives forward without heavy oversight
  • Hands-on Salesforce development background (beyond administrative configuration)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture including data models queries APIs and integrations
  • Ability to speak credibly with developers about platform design constraints and customization approaches
  • Prior experience delivering AI or machine-learning initiatives in a production or enterprise environment
  • Familiarity with integrating AI capabilities into existing business platforms or workflows
  • Experience evaluating build-versus-buy decisions for AI solutions and recommending an approach based on cost value and feasibility
  • Proven experience managing technical or AI-driven projects end-to-end
  • Ability to facilitate requirements discussions with non-technical stakeholders and executives
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex inputs into structured plans and roadmaps
