Job Description:

AI-Driven Creative Manager role at Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. The role involves leading a creative team focused on digital marketing content, mentoring team members, driving creative ideation for paid social campaigns, developing scalable creative systems using AI tools, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve growth objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and scale a high-performing team of creatives focused on digital marketing content
Mentor and supervise team members to accelerate their creative growth and technical mastery
Drive creative ideation and asset execution for paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more)
Develop and maintain scalable creative systems (AI workflows, asset libraries, modular templates, versioning protocols)
Use data and testing results to build a fast iteration loop, optimizing visuals and narratives
Act as the internal reference for AI creative tools and workflows
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align creative execution with growth objectives
Build creative frameworks that balance quality, speed, and results

Requirements:

6+ years of professional experience in performance-focused creative production - digital design, video editing, or creative teams
Fluent in English and Spanish
Strong creative leadership experience: mentoring, managing feedback loops, and scaling teams with a growth mindset
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI design tools (Midjourney, Runway, Sora, etc.)
Experience creating assets for high-performance digital campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
Experience in fast-paced, iterative, data-driven environments
Solid understanding of analytics and creative testing (CTR, hook rate, retention curves, etc.)
Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems and asset management libraries (LucidLink, Cloudinary, etc.)
