Familiarity with API integration concepts and data connectivity approaches

Job Responsibility

Client Solution Design & Implementation: Collaborate with our team and work closely with clients to understand their business processes and identify high-value automation opportunities
Participate in the design and implementation of Digital Workers using Maisa's Studio platform to address specific client use cases
Develop effective AI prompting strategies that enable Digital Workers to execute tasks accurately and reliably
Configure API integrations and data connections to enable Digital Workers to interact with client systems
Build and refine Digital Workers through iterative development and testing
Document implementation details and create knowledge transfer materials for client teams
Client Enablement & Support: Provide technical troubleshooting and optimization support for deployed Digital Workers
Identify and implement opportunities to improve Digital Worker performance and capabilities
Support clients in scaling their Digital Worker implementations across additional use cases
Solution Development & Knowledge Building: Document successful implementation patterns and contribute to the internal knowledge base
