Job Description:

Starting January/February, join the Human–Robot Interaction team to push language capabilities on real robots. You will evaluate LLMs, prototype and optimize small language models on NVIDIA Jetson, compare third-party options, and contribute to the AI architecture and product integrations used by partners and customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Evaluate and benchmark LLMs end to end: datasets, metrics, automated runs, reports
  • track quality, latency, cost, robustness
  • Prototype and optimize small language models embedded on a robot (NVIDIA Jetson)
  • Explore prospective third-party AI solutions
  • Improve the AI architecture: refactor modules, harden interfaces, raise test coverage, reduce latency and cost, contribute utilities
  • Integrate with customer and partner systems: implement connectors and API clients, validate E2E flows, support demos and pilots

Requirements:

  • Final-year engineering school or master’s in AI, data science, or CS
  • Excellent Python
  • PyTorch, NumPy, pandas
  • NLP and LLM fundamentals (prompting, tokenization, embeddings, evaluation)
  • Linux, Git, shell basics
  • Clear technical communication in English
  • Onsite in Paris

  • CI and experiment tracking
  • French-speaking
