As our AI & Data Strategy Manager, you will help accelerate Marshall Group’s performance by identifying how AI and data can make our teams more productive, efficient, and focused on what matters most. This is not a technical model-building role or a role directly related to Product R&D. Instead, it is a strategic and operational role focused on guiding the business company-wide in adopting AI tools, improving workflows, and shaping our group-wide AI & Data agenda. You will work within the Strategy team with direct report to the VP of Strategy and partnering with leaders across Product, Sales, Marketing and Corporate functions to surface opportunities, prioritise initiatives, and ensure we use AI responsibly to advance our long-term ambition.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and maintain our AI & Data strategy with a clear focus on productivity, efficiency, and smarter processes
Spot high-value AI use cases across the business, using existing tools and third-party solutions—not by building custom AI agents or models
Lead cross-functional projects to deploy AI-enabled workflows and automations that drive measurable value
Enable adoption: build training, best-practice toolkits, and support teams as they integrate AI into daily work
Communicate progress and impact to senior leaders with clarity and insight
Partner with IT and Data teams to ensure the right data foundations and platforms are in place
Manage relationships with AI vendors and stay on top of emerging technologies and governance standards
Requirements:
Experience in Strategy, Digital Transformation, digital product ownership, Data, or similar fields
Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and emerging productivity technologies
Proven ability to turn business challenges into AI-enabled opportunities and deliver value outcomes
Skilled in leading change, influencing stakeholders, and simplifying complex topics
Familiarity with AI and automation tools (e.g., GPT-based tools, Power Automate, Claude, CoPilot)
A passion for music and the culture that drives Marshall
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
3–5+ years of relevant experience in Strategy, Digital Transformation, AI & Data Analytics, project management or operational excellence roles
Demonstrated experience implementing AI-enabled workflow improvements or productivity tools
Understanding the landscape of data fundamentals, cloud environments, and integration basics (no development experience expected)
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally and driving alignment in a fast-moving environment
