We’re looking for someone who is already falling down the rabbit hole. Someone who stays up too late testing new AI tools because they genuinely want to see what’s possible. Someone experimenting with ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Midjourney, Runway, Figma, or tools most companies haven’t even heard of yet. Someone who sends their friends weird AI experiments just because it’s exciting to watch the technology evolve in real time. You may not have a long résumé yet. You may still be figuring things out. That’s okay. What matters to us is curiosity, taste, initiative, adaptability, and the willingness to learn fast inside a real-world creative environment. Cotton & Company is a luxury real estate marketing firm working with developers, private clubs, and high-value communities across the country. We are building a creative team that understands where branding, communication, AI systems, and digital behavior are heading next. This is not a “sit quietly and execute templates” kind of role. We want people who explore. People who test things. People who bring ideas into the room. People who get excited when they discover a better workflow, a smarter prompt, a new visual tool, or a faster way to solve a creative problem. At the same time, this is professional work for high-end brands and sophisticated clients. Creativity matters here, but judgment matters too. The right person understands the difference between experimenting and executing. You should enjoy discovering new tools and pushing creative boundaries, but also understand how to refine ideas into polished, elevated work that feels appropriate for luxury audiences. You’ll work closely with a collaborative in-office team across branding, strategy, creative development, presentations, websites, campaigns, digital systems, and emerging AI workflows.
