Job Description

We are seeking an AI Content Coordinator to support our SEO team in developing, editing, and optimizing content across our portfolio of clients. This is an entry level role designed for someone early in their career who has a strong foundation in writing, editing, or communications and experience with LLMs and AI tools. The role focuses on helping the SEO team integrate AI-assisted workflows into content production while maintaining editorial quality and search performance and AI discoverability. The AI Content Coordinator will test tools, assist with content generation and editing, evaluate output quality, and help refine processes that improve efficiency without compromising accuracy or brand voice. This position works across the full SEO book of business under the guidance of the SEO Director and Senior SEO Manager.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with the creation, editing, and optimization of SEO-driven content across multiple client accounts
  • Use AI-assisted tools to support content drafting, research, and editing workflows
  • Review AI-generated content to ensure clarity, accuracy, brand voice alignment, and editorial quality
  • Collaborate with SEO strategists to align content with keyword strategy and search intent
  • Test and evaluate emerging AI tools and workflows that improve content production efficiency
  • Document findings and contribute to evolving internal AI content guidelines and best practices
  • Support content audits, updates, and optimization initiatives across existing content libraries
  • Maintain high editorial standards while balancing speed and experimentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Native or near-native English proficiency
  • Familiarity with AI writing and research tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
  • Willingness to experiment with new tools and processes
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate content quality
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple projects and clients

Nice to have

  • Internship or coursework related to content marketing, publishing, journalism, or digital marketing
  • Basic understanding of SEO concepts such as keywords, search intent, and content optimization
  • Basic understanding of AEO (also known as GEO) concepts such as semantic content alignment, structured data, chunking-friendly formats and citation source relevancy
