• Design and implement automation workflows to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights
• Integrate Microsoft Copilot and AI agents with external systems using APIs to enhance functionality
• Deploy and manage AI agents across Microsoft 365 platforms, including Teams and SharePoint, to optimize daily tasks
• Connect and centralize data from various systems to enable comprehensive reporting and analysis
• Automate key business workflows, such as payroll data transfers and time-off request approvals, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
• Create advanced HR dashboards by integrating tools like PerformYard and other relevant platforms
• Enable AI-powered features for task tracking, meeting notes, and follow-ups to improve team productivity
• Collaborate on the development of role-specific AI agents tailored for different functions, such as project management or engineering
• Enhance and maintain AI agents trained on industry-specific data to provide accurate insights

• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Power BI, and Power Automate
• Strong experience with workflow automation and system integration using tools like Power Platform
• Expertise in API integration to connect AI tools with external platforms
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and dashboard creation using Power BI
• Familiarity with integrating systems such as Sage 100, Procore, and Autodesk
• Knowledge of AI infrastructure design and application integration, particularly with Microsoft Copilot
• Background in developing role-based or project-level AI agents to address specific business needs
• Experience in the construction industry or related fields is a plus
