AI Consultant

• Facilitate AI transformation workshops, leading engaging, hands-on sessions with customers and prospects to explore how AI can unlock creativity and clarity
• Bring ideas to life in real time by turning workshop conversations into tangible outputs, from prototype templates to narrative frameworks
• Design and structure templates that build the foundations for scalable AI workflows, helping customers get past the blank page
• Coach and educate teams as a friendly, trusted voice on AI transformation, helping them understand how to make AI part of their everyday work
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, sales, and product teams to shape our approach to AI storytelling and customer experience
• Evolve the playbook by capturing learnings from every engagement to refine how we facilitate, teach, and inspire

• 3–5 years of consulting, facilitation, or strategy experience, ideally in a creative, tech, or transformation context
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with ability to lead conversations, guide groups toward clarity, and make complex topics approachable
• Fluency in design and storytelling with comfort shaping ideas visually and narratively
• Curiosity and confidence with AI tools with understanding of how AI can augment creativity and collaboration
• Builder's mindset with enthusiasm for creating structure where none exists, whether workshop formats, customer templates, or new ways of explaining concepts
• Empathetic educator approach with patience, humor, and enthusiasm for helping others learn
