Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Consultant – Copilot & Transformation specialist to join a high-profile client-facing advisory engagement based in Ealing, West London. This is an initial discovery-phase contract (outside IR35), offering a rare opportunity to support a major enterprise transformation programme where the client is actively investing in AI-driven change, automation, and modernisation of their operating model. The engagement will focus on working closely with senior stakeholders to understand existing business processes, technology landscapes, and operational challenges. You will lead discovery workshops, identify high-value opportunities for AI, Microsoft Copilot, and RPA-driven automation, and define a clear, actionable roadmap for enterprise-wide transformation. This is a greenfield-style opportunity where your input will directly shape the client’s AI and automation strategy from the ground up, influencing both technical direction and business outcomes. Alongside the technical discovery and solution shaping, this role has a strong business change and transformation component. You will be expected to bridge the gap between business and technology, helping stakeholders understand not only what can be automated, but how it will impact ways of working, roles, governance, and operating models. This includes supporting change impact assessments, defining adoption strategies for enterprise Microsoft Copilot, and ensuring solutions are realistic, scalable, and aligned to organisational readiness. A strong understanding of how to translate technical capability into measurable business value and sustainable change is essential.
