Job Description:

As the AI Business Transformation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how AI creates value across newly acquired companies. Reporting to the Co-founder & Head of AI, you’ll work closely with Managing Directors to design and implement AI strategies both during pre-acquisition evaluation and post-integration. Your work will directly impact revenue growth, customer experience, and operational performance across Valsoft’s global portfolio.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assess acquisition targets for AI-driven opportunities in revenue, customer experience, and operations
  • Deliver tailored AI integration plans aligned with each business’s priorities
  • Launch and manage AI pilots in partnership with company strike teams
  • Track and analyze the impact of AI on the business, and provide actionable recommendations to management teams
  • Replicate and scale successful AI playbooks across the portfolio
  • Revisit previous acquisitions to identify and implement AI opportunities
  • Develop repeatable AI frameworks, tools, and best practices
  • Share insights, learnings, and proven strategies across Valsoft companies

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, consulting, or value-creation within a software/tech environment
  • Strong business acumen with a proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes
  • Curiosity and working knowledge of modern AI tools and applications (or the eagerness to learn quickly)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
