AI Business Solution Architect

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise productivity and collaboration solutions
• Shape modern work architectures that enable organizations to collaborate securely, manage devices efficiently, and transform their digital capabilities using the Modern Work technology stack
• Guiding customers through M365 adoption, endpoint security, compliance, and mobile workforce enablement

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or infrastructure engineering
• 5+ years focusing on Modern Work technologies (Microsoft 365, Intune, MDM/MAM)
• Proven expertise in M365 architecture, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and endpoint management with Intune
• Deep knowledge of device management, mobile security, compliance frameworks, and automation using PowerShell, Graph API, or other relevant tools
• Experience in pre-sales engagements, developing solution designs, proposals, and responding to RFPs
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to business stakeholders and C-level executives

Microsoft certifications such as MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator), MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator), MS-700 (Teams Administrator), SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator), or equivalent are highly desirable
