As an AI Business Process Sales Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of Digital Solution Specialists and Engineers, guiding strategy development and driving sales success through effective coaching and collaboration. In this role, you will spearhead digital transformation initiatives, deploy cutting-edge AI Business Process solutions (Dynamics 365 / Power Platform / Copilot Series) , and foster cross-regional best practices, while cultivating strong partnerships and ensuring the achievement of business targets.

  • Hold team accountable to meet operational standards and rigor to maintain reporting accuracy for key center metrics

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 7+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
  • AI Business Process industry expertise
  • Microsoft AI, Copilot, D365, Power Platform, and ERP portfolio knowledge preferred
  • Demonstrated experience selling complex, AI solutions to Small and Medium Enterprise Customers
  • Proven seller coaching and negotiation experience
  • Demonstrated experience driving adoption across multiple stakeholders with varying agendas
  • Solid understanding of security market and complete solutions
  • Experience in managing channel sales complexities
  • Language fluency in Japanese
