Job Description:

6-month internship | Starting July or September 2026 | Based in Paris. You'll be part of our Connect Sales team led by Joseph Ascione, Strategic Account Director. Connect is a global organization of approximately 100 people across different functions, and you'll work directly with our 2 Senior Enterprise Account Executives for EMEA. Together, you'll be enabling brands, retailers, distributors, and resellers to accelerate their online sales on Mirakl platforms—while pioneering an AI-first approach to sales.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, build, and deploy AI agents to automate outreach, qualification workflows, and multi-channel engagement campaigns
  • Monitor agent performance, analyze conversion metrics, and continuously optimize prompts, targeting criteria, and automation strategies
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to translate business priorities into automated workflows and provide insights from agent data to inform sales strategy
  • Build onboarding automation for sellers subscribing to our paid solutions, including welcome sequences, setup guides, and support agents
  • Troubleshoot agent failures, identify process bottlenecks, and implement improvements across the sales funnel

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering school, a computer science program with exposure to business topics, or an equivalent academic curriculum (minimum Bac+3, ideally Bac+4/5)
  • Must have an internship agreement (convention de stage) provided by your institution
  • Curiosity about B2B sales, pipeline generation, and what drives prospect conversion
  • Builder mentality: you love creating systems, testing hypotheses, and iterating rapidly based on results
  • AI tools experimentation (ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms)
  • Data analysis and structured data handling
  • Systems thinking and technical troubleshooting
  • Commercial acumen and metrics analysis
