We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and AI-driven Business Analyst to join our team. Job Responsibility

  • Partner with Strategy, Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to design and implement AI-enabled initiatives that enhance performance and accelerate growth across markets
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights, identifying opportunities where automation and intelligent systems can improve pricing, sales effectiveness, and market expansion strategies
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance and workflows, uncovering inefficiencies and proposing AI-driven solutions that unlock scalability
  • Build analytical models and dashboards (using SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools) to track KPIs, monitor automation impact, and support data-driven decision-making
  • Develop clear, strategic recommendations and present them to senior leadership, directly influencing how technology and AI shape Job&Talent’s growth
  • Work side by side with company founders and local teams on high-impact projects, helping deploy and scale AI-powered processes across different markets

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in a relevant role or field
  • Background in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or another quantitative discipline
  • Comfortable working with SQL and Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with close attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator with full professional fluency in English (C1 or above)

Nice to have

Previous experience in business consulting, analytics, or operations is a plus, but not required
