Job Description:

KAYAK is looking for a curious builder to help its Marketing & Comms team adopt 'AI-first' ways of working. The candidate will focus on building scripts leveraging large-language models, internal data, and third-party APIs to enhance marketing workflow efficiency. They will work closely within the Marketing department to bridge technical tools with campaign insights.

Job Responsibility:

Work mainly within the Marketing department
build simple AI-powered scripts to improve marketing processes
develop simple code to connect with LLMs, fetch data from the web or APIs, and distribute neat files to the team
include an easy review step, allowing teammates to edit and approve AI output before publishing or sharing
set scripts to run automatically by connecting to a basic scheduler (such as GitHub Actions or Zapier)
explore and test AI tools and share findings with the team.

Requirements:

Basic coding skills and ability to accomplish tasks in Python or another language
experience playing with LLMs, such as a personal GPT project, a Hugging Face notebook, or a weekend hackathon
problem-solving attitude, ease with searching documentation online, troubleshooting errors, and posing thoughtful inquiries
team spirit, clear communication, friendliness, openness to feedback
availability to work 15-20 hours per week during semesters with flexibility around exams
ideally based in Copenhagen to work closely with the team (other locations also welcome).

Nice to have:

Interest in exploring new AI tools
willingness to test the latest models or libraries and share findings through short demos or one-page summaries.
