FinXL is looking for a AI Automation Specialist (Dev) to join our consulting team, and wealth management client. This isn't a "lab project", you'll be deployed on-site with a top-tier Wealth Management client to lead a 12-month mission-critical transformation. You will be the architect responsible for integrating Claude LLM to revolutionise paraplanning and automate the generation of reports and analytics.

Job Responsibility:

  • Implement AI/LLM technologies (Claude) into financial advice workflows
  • Build robust human-in-the-loop controls for AI outputs
  • Automate complex data entry and claims processing
  • Industrialise the paraplanning and SOA document generation process
