Job Description:

6-month internship starting July 2026. You'll join the Mirakl Ads Customer Success team. Our mission is simple: help 50+ clients succeed with Mirakl Ads. From onboarding to performance optimization, we support our clients at every step — combining technical expertise and business consulting to deliver data-driven recommendations and actionable strategies that create real impact.

Job Responsibility:

  • Automate internal processes: Identify and automate repetitive tasks across data management, reporting, and ad campaign workflows to reduce human errors and accelerate operational efficiency
  • Build predictive tools for retail media: Contribute to developing data models to forecast advertiser spend, campaign performance, and ad revenue, helping optimize yield management and ROI for sellers and brands
  • Optimize tools and processes: Help manage internal tools (CRM, Looker/BI, campaign tracking systems) and propose new solutions to improve team responsiveness to adtech market demands
  • Enable faster customer insights: Implement systems that capture advertiser feedback and analyze retail media performance in real-time, helping the team respond more quickly to customer needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with product and tech teams to integrate new automation and analytics tools into the Mirakl Ads ecosystem

Requirements:

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Data Science, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Project Management, or a related field
  • Familiarity with automation tools and a strong desire to learn process optimisation
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis and AI tools
  • Experience with adtech or retail media data (campaign metrics, CPCs, ROAS, impressions) is a plus
  • Proactive, curious, and autonomous, with a drive to propose creative and innovative solutions
  • Attention to detail and ability to challenge existing processes and suggest concrete improvements
  • Interest in the retail media and adtech ecosystem
  • Comfortable working in an international team environment
  • Fluent in English & french(written and spoken) required
  • Spanish is a plus

  • Experience with adtech or retail media data (campaign metrics, CPCs, ROAS, impressions)
  • Spanish language skills
