AI Automation Engineer - London or Liverpool or Glasgow - Hybrid The Company twentyAI are partnering with a Wealth Management organisation who are looking to recruit an experienced Automation Engineer with strong hands on Artificial Intelligence exposure to join a growing technology team focused on AI-focused solutions. With over 20 offices across the UK, they are a FTSE 250 company looking to rapidly scale AI solutions across the business. The Role This is an AI Engineer role where you will be tasked with designing and building out AI enabled automation processes, working closely with the Data team to solve business problems at scale. You will be required to assess existing AI solutions and determine additional capabilities, integrations and processes required to successfully embed into wider business functions.

Job Responsibility

  • Building and deploying AI-powered agents and copilots using Microsoft technologies
  • Designing intelligent workflows leveraging Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform
  • Developing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions grounded in enterprise data
  • Integrating business systems through APIs, Microsoft 365 services, and cloud platforms
  • Working closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver measurable business value
  • Contributing to governance, best practices, reusable frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Strong background in business process management
  • Strong understanding of AI workflows, RAG architectures, and AI governance
  • Knowledge of Azure, CI/CD, Git, and modern software engineering practices
  • Hands-on Python scripting experience is desirable

RPA technologies such as Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere
