Job Description

We're seeking a hands-on AI Automation Engineer to spearhead AI adoption across our organization. This isn't about building models from scratch — it's about solving real business problems with practical AI solutions.You'll collaborate with product, operations, marketing, and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities, build AI-powered tools, and streamline workflows using LLMs, APIs, and automation platforms. Job Responsibility

  • Design and implement LLM-powered tools, copilots, and intelligent agents using OpenAI APIs, LangChain, and vector databases
  • Create custom chatbots and knowledge assistants using internal data and RAG architectures
  • Develop AI-driven anomaly detection tools
  • Use platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Make to build scalable workflow automations
  • Integrate disparate systems through APIs, webhooks, and custom connectors
  • Design multi-step AI agent workflows for complex business processes
  • Partner with teams to identify pain points and build targeted AI solutions
  • Document processes and create self-service tools for non-technical users
  • Establish best practices and frameworks for AI tool development
  • Measure impact through usage analytics and feedback loops

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or AI implementation
  • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/Node.js
  • Hands-on experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and prompt engineering
  • Working knowledge of LangChain, vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate), and RAG patterns
  • Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, Retool)
  • Understanding of API design, webhooks, and system integrations

Nice to have

  • Experience building internal tools, AI copilots, or business automation solutions
  • Knowledge of fraud detection, anomaly detection, or ML monitoring systems
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or digital marketing workflows
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker)
